I have an HP Photosmart C4680 printer that needs to be recycled. Is any data stored on this printer that should be removed before recycling? I cannot figure out how to reset to factory settings if this is an option.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
RIP, old printer.
Printer Specifications for the HP Photosmart C4600 and C4700 All-in-One Printer Series
The 46xx model printer connects to the computer using a USB print cable.
There is no "factory reset" mentioned in the User Guide
The printer does not have a disk drive or anywhere to store personal data.
Remove the cartridges and recycle them responsibly according to the guidelines in your city / community.
Pack up the printer and send / take it to a local recycling center that can handle any bits that should not be dumped into your local landfill.
