My internet provider (Shaw) has given me a new wifi modem: Hitron CDNM-2250. I cannot get my HP Photosmart D110 to connect to this. I have tried doing it both from the printer itself and by reinstalling the printer driver package on my computer and setting up the printer's wifi connection from there. Same result both ways. The printer's wireless network test report says that "MAC address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router" and then goes on to suggest adding the MAC address of the printer to the list of permitted devices for the router. When I log onto the modem's console (192.168.0.1), it shows for Device Filters, under Managed Devices (the only place I can find that mentions MAC addresses): Allow All. This seems to imply that I don't need to add a specific MAC address for my printer. I tried adding a managed device for the printer's MAC address anyway, but got the same result.
My internet provider will help with connecting computers and phones to the new wifi modem, but they will not help with printers. So any help from this forum will be appreciated.
(I also have an HP ENVY 7640. Had no problem getting this to work with the new wifi network.)

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:
http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html
Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
Regards.
