HP Photosmart D5160 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Photosmart D5160 Printer. Bought new in box. Software CD is for XP and 2000. I had same printer that worked on my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop but it finally died after a few years. This same model new one will not power on. The power button blinks. I have tried the steps to power on but nothing works. Took control panel off and cleaned cover linkage. Must be an internal issue but it was new so don't understand why it won't power up.
