HP Print and Scan Doctor's Printer Health Monitor scheduled tasks are created with "Wake the computer to run this task" enabled. This caused my Windows 11 laptop to resume from hibernation solely for the Printer Health Monitor. This could be disastrous if the laptop were, e.g., stored in the carry bag. Disabling WakeToRun on the two HP tasks eliminates the HP wake timer without disabling the tasks themselves.
