Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received Windows 10 64-bit Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.503) message "HP - Printer - 4/22/2009 - 10.0.17119.1 - Error 0x800703e3" when performing Windows Update.  Network HP printer not specified in error message.

Where do you see the error message? (Printer screen or computer)
