Hello,

 

I used to own a HP 5255 All in One, but I no longer do. It's been about a year or so but for some reason when I've done my Windows updates this specific update can't be completed. And the options I've tried or look for don't work or involve the use of the printer, but I no longer own it so I can't do it. I've uninstalled everything I know of that's HP. I'm not sure if there is something on the back end. I am annoyed of seeing this update, can anyone provide some insight. You're help is appreciated.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

I did that already. I did that the moment I no longer had it and it doesn't show up on my account anymore but I still get tthat error code and it's been about a year or more.
