HP Printer 4632 Officejet
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP printer works with my tablet works with my husband's tablet works with his phone there all Android it prints perfect it will not print anything on the laptop that has Windows 10 I was so lucky to have an IT specialist from Microsoft get inside my computer for 1 hour he could not fix it his IT specialist partner tried and they could not fix it they don't know what it is it's possibly a patch but I'm not sure they took everything out reinstalled it we took the printer out we reinstalled it they check to see if there was any patches that were bad from Windows 10 and they left me with no answer. We even downloaded some new HP drivers I'd called HP twice he said he would charge me $19 and he was from India well I can't give my credit card to somebody in India and he was pretty sure that probably wouldn't work anyway but at least he was honest.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you using the HP Smart App on your PC? If not, you may try and install to see if that works: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142. If yes, uninstall and reinstall it.

If the issue persists, try these steps:

Let's run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Use this link for details on using the HP Print and Scan doctor: https://hp.care/2JyaC93

If the issue still persists, let's do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:

Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.)  Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

15.) Restart the computer.

Once done, please download and install the software from here:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

Let me know if this helps.

I just finished doing exactly like you said and it's still not working at all at least we're trying anybody has any other ideas let me know.

Please download and run the HP Print And Scan Doctor and let me know how it goes

Link: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Run PSDR v5.0.2

Once the PSDR detects the Printer, it will show up the IP address and Software Status.

Select the correct Printer and click on Next.

PSDR will check if the Printer is on the Network and communication between the PC and the Printer. Once the connection check is done, click on Fix Printing

Once PSDR goes through all checks and automatic fixes, click on Print a test page.

Regardless if PSDR printed the test page or not, click on “NO PRINT”

PSDR will then notify you that there is an update available, click on continue, and PSDR will apply the patch and ask for a reboot.

Post restart the PSDR will run automatically to check for more issue.  If no issue found close PSDR.

Thank you

Dear Kazy Road I want to thank you so much for trying to help me I did everything you said and what came out I've never had this come out before,  it was the print quality diagnostic Report with ABCDEFG the serial number of the printer and everything and how much black color is left so I've never had that done but as of right now no it will not print an address from my computer.  Thanjs for trying

Please run an SFC Scan on your computer. Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

Also create a New User Account  and check if you are able to print from the New Account
