Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having problems getting my HP Officejet Pro 9025 allowing me to upgrade the printer manually from plugging a USB drive to the front. When I plug in the drive, the printer does display "Print Photo" & "Scan to" options but no upgrade my device. Any help of how to get the printer to allow me to plug in a USB drive and upgrade the Printer's firmware would be greatly appreciated
