Product: HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer

I've printed the information page countless times but the printer claim code is still not on there. I've removed e-services and set this up again and still the same issue. I got the printer off a friend so unsure as to whether maybe the printer cannot be claimed twice. Please I need your help... any help!
