Hi,
I had a problem during printing some documents through my printer but there was an error showing 'Printer needs user intervention.' I looked up for the error on HP Support and find a way by stopping the print spooler and clearing the folder files. After that when I tried to print from HP Smart app, it asked me to add my printer from the settings, which I did. After adding the printer, in the settings, it showed driver unavailable and now I am unable to even add my printer and hence, print any documents.
Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks!!

@g1manojk Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to print.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please perform the clean reinstallation of Pre-installed HP drivers
1. In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2. Select your HP Printer
3. Select Uninstall
4. In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6. Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8. Click on the “Drivers” tab
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10. Select Ok
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12. Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hey @praveen196, I followed all the steps you asked me to follow but when I printed any document, it gives me the error, 'Error - Printer couldn't print the PDF.' This was happening before too when I posted the question on HP support.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
