Hello!

I have well over 200 printers in my network, and as I'm going through the list to populate them into my Support Dashboard, many of the SN's are not searchable. The website returns an error: 'Please enter a valid serial number'. The first four returned the error, the next one worked, the  next four failed, next two worked. I walked directly to one of the ones that failed, took a picture of it, entered it again and nope, invalid. I can't do this for each printer, spread across multiple offices in my county, especially when over half of them (so far) are invalid.

 

Who can help fix this so I can add all my devices on my Dashboard?
