Hi,
I used the last working version of HP Printer and Scan doctor, in Windows 11, and all gone well since the App proposed me an update to the last version:

The update fails with this kind of problem (traced in Event Viewer of my OS):

@MarcoCarminati, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
HP Print Scan Doctor is an executable file and hence is not installed in your computer. That is the reason you do not find the application in your programs list.
If you want to remove the program, you simply delete the HP PSDR from your file location. so, right click on HP PSDR icon and select "open file location". Delete the HP PSDR folder to remove the program completely from your computer.
- Navigate to the program’s current file location e.g. the desktop.
- Right-click on the HP Print and Scan Doctor icon.
- Choose Open file location.
- Click Delete.

Hi, thank you for your support ECHO_LAKE.
I tried to uninstall HPPSdr 5.6.4 and to install again 5.6.3 version which works perfectly.
I have HP Deskjet 3070 B611 printer.
Luckily I still had a copy of the previous version HPPSdr 5.6.3: which always asks me to update to the latest version 5.6.4, but I refuse! I was able to use HPPSdr 5.6.3 to solve my SCAN problems in Windows 11: every time I turn my pc back on I can't
scan and Scan Doctor 5.6.3 fixes the problem immediately.
It is good if you can make a new HPPSdr version working in Windows 11.
