Good morning, I downloaded the HP Scan Basic software compatible with Windows Server 2022 from your site, but it is not compatible. How can I solve it?

Use the HP scan that came with the full feature driver software.

 

Go here and enter your product ID or printer name to find the software for your printer.

I assume the printer is connected to the router and your server just needs to be able to scan like any other PC.

 

If the printer is attached to the server using USB you need to enable the "Distributed Scan Server" feature within the Print and Document Services.  Any PC accessing the scanner must have HP Scan and all other drivers also.  I am not a network expert so it might be more complicated than I described.

distributed scan Management doesnt exist in Windows Server 2022.
