HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

When I open a .jpg in Windows Photo App. I go to Print then Press the blue Hyperlink button called "More Settings" because I am trying to print the page in Black and White.

When the page opens up I see I a bunch of Pulldown menus to change settings, I can only see it for 2 seconds and then the page goes entirely BLANK. I can't Choose Any Options.

I can only click "OK" or "CANCEL" at the bottom.
I Uninstalled HP SMART then Reinstalled it, same issue occurs.

This TRASH HP SMART APP never works. Takes forever to load any pages, [Content Removed]

Let me guess you guys are going to waste my time now with 30 steps to try that won't even fix.

Also have another issue with this piece of garbage you guys sold me.

When I print a page of Black Text, the Text comes out LIGHT BLUE.

When I change to Blank Ink Only Setting on another App (not Windows Photos cause that doesn't F'in Work), it prints a BLANK PAGE.

I went in the crappy and slow, needlessly-online connected HP SMART APP, to do a Printer Head Clean + 2nd Deep Clean and the Problem persists.

The Cartridges I have installed are brand new, only used for 10 pages at most. They are near FULL Level and still doesn't work

I installed BRAND NEW Cartridges and it still doesn't work.

So not only is your software complete garbage, but now your Printer won't even function properly.
