Product: Envy 5020
Operating System: iOS 10 - 10.3.3

Where do I find HP SMART APP FOR iOS 10.3.3.   The App Store version is for iOS 11, not much use to me, not everyone has the latest iPad etc.

HP Envy 5020 printer is AirPrint compatible, I believe you can use Apple AirPrint to print from most iOS apps that have a print feature. Instructions on how to print using Apple AirPrint can be found here. 

As per this document, HP Smart app is compatible with iOS 10 or later and you can download HP Smart app by going to 123.hp.com from a browser on your iPad.

Hi

thanks for the reply but I think you've missed the point. I don't have a problem with air print, my problem is I am unable to download HP SMART because the App Store tells me I need iOS 11.  I only have iOS 10.3.3 hence no app no easy setup only manual. My question was where can I find HP SMART for iOS 10.3.3

I believe the App Store compatibility description is correct. I'm afraid, HP Smart App is only compatible with iOS 11 and above.
