HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, I am trying to scan documents using my Officejet 4500 G510n.

I am using windows 11. Currently I was able to add the device and was able to print.

However, when I search the device in HP SMART, although it can find the device but it always says the device is offline.

I tried windows 11 troubleshooting, I tried uninstall and reinstall the driver, I also tried the steps listed on HP's windows 11 support page, but none of them works.

Since I am able to print documents, so the printer is connected, can I use other software to manage the scanner? I tried pressing "scan" button on the printer. but it shows an error message saying "no scan option". I did some brief search and it seems I need to have "hp digital imaging monitor" installed on my computer. There is nowhere to download this from HP's website and it seems this software comes with the driver, so I follow the instruction on HP's website https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/ish_2092635-2026378-16 trying to find it:

So I am totally stuck here. Could anyone please help?
