Product: HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer B209a-m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to scan a document from my printer to my computer, but do not know how to. I looked up how to and it said to use HP Scan. I tried downloading the full software for my printer and I still had no HP Scan Program. If someone knows how to fix this, please let me know.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I think you can only scan via the Solutionen Center. HP Scan does not work here.

Therefore this software package "HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer series - B209 Full Feature Software and Driver " must be installed.

 

How do I scan with HP Solution Center software?
