Scanner does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, added drivers, restarted computer three times. Ran a network test - all good. The scan doctor says in order to use the features of the product I have to install the full software solution. I clicked on the "get installer" button and it takes me to an HP webpage that gives me a 404 error. I am running out of patience.
