HP Smart App (Desktop) Embedded Web Server Password Reset

Edited - I have reviewed several of the Forum posts about this subject, but I continue to be prompted for a user name & password - which I don't have.

Need assistance with a HP Smart App (Desktop) EWS Password Reset. 

I have reset the printer to factory defaults and reset printer network settings, all to no avail per the instructions.

All functions (printing, copying, and scanning) work with no issues.
