I've had the HP OfficeJet 9010e All-in-one Printer for awhile now. I was able to complete the set up through HP smart and use HP smart for scanning and other things directly from my Macbook Pro. For the last several months, I have not been able to open and use the app. Now that my Macbook Pro is up to date with macOS Monterrey version 12.1, the app still crashes but now a message saying HP Smart quit unxpectedly pops up right away. My husband also has a Macbook with macOS Monterrey, and he is able to open and use HP Smart on his laptop. I really do not understand the issue, and I can't find anything anywhere about a similar issue happening for someone else. I have restarted my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled HP smart. Fortunately, I can access HP smart from the iOS app on my phone but it would be nice to be able to use it on my computer again. Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting issues with the HP Smart app, I am glad to assist you.
Delete HP Smart app from /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/HP Smart. Then delete HP Smart from the Applications folder and reinstall from the Mac App Store.
Here is the link to download HP Smart from the App Store:- Click here
Keep me posted.

Hi,
Unfortunately, this did not work. I could not follow the suggested path as Library/Application Support is a section separate from the username on my MacBook Pro. I deleted it from the applications folder and reinstalled it. The same issue remains. I have been trying to speak with someone at HP but am having no luck. I've been on hold now for 30 minutes actually. I can access HP smart through my phone, so I will just do that I guess. Thanks for your help.
