Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have the HP Smart App for MAC.  When I access the application there're several lock icons on many of the tabs.  When I installed the application I never created a password.  I am now unable to access these tabs as it requires a password.  I did uninstall the application and reinstalled it, with no luck.  How do I get this resolved?
