Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I went to HP Smart App, it shows my old printer there (which I would like to delete as I do not have it any longer), and I tried about a dozen times to ADD a printer.  It will search and show the above printer, but when I click on it, nothing happens, I get returned to the home page.  What the heck is going on and how do I fix this?
