Every time I try to open the app it brings me to a blue screen and never loads. I have uninstalled it and restarted computer several times.Capture.JPGCapture2.JPG

I have the same issue with 100+ devices. I found when using a cellular connection with no filters that I could get it to work but never on our network as of 7/17/22. I asked HP about this and they said: "I have checked with my team and HP Smart app is working fine. There are no issues with the app." Thus, I think its something that is only affecting a few of us. Can you relay the version of windows you are on and what type of AV software you use?

Started working again last week. I'm assuming this was the result of windows updates breaking something. Users with similar problems can use the "full software solution" driver downloads to get by.
