Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello I have a HP Deskjet Plus 4152 all in one. I am running Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2  on my Microsoft Surface Pro X.

I usually use HP Smart App to print and scan things and check my ink levels.  I have HP Smart app version 155.1.1088.0

 Ever Since June 2024, the app no longer works, the blue app window may or may not pop up for half second then disappear like it refuses to load. Sometimes a windows popup saying HP is trying to download update but  it never completes or disappears.

 

I already uninstalled HP Smart app like 10x and still nothing works. I contacted Microsoft Support and they said it worked before so it should work and they said HP needs to update the app.

 

I can still print and scan if I use other printing apps I just cannot make HP Smart app load.

 

Does any body have a solution?
