Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer
In order to scan to my computer from my HP 6958 all-in-one, I had to install HP Smart. HP Smart fails when I am required to log into HP's site to scan, even though my login info is correct. I get an error message and am asked to contact hp support.
I've gone through the process of installing the HP Smart app several times with no luck. My 6958 is working fine. I used to have a different interface from HP which worked fine, but needed my computer rebuilt and can't find the old app anymore.
Please advise. P.S. I've read that some other people also have a lot of trouble with the HP Smart app.
Thanks.
