HP Smart App wont find my printer

Hey,

So I was given a used printer by my mother-in-law (HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer) I installed the smart app on my mobile and PC and neither can seem to find the printer. I think I have put the printer into set-up mode and Don't know what else to try. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

Good afternoon,

So I have already done this but the printer's wireless light was already flashing so nothing happened. But even tho the wifi light is flashing my devices still can't find it.
