Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone,

Until recently I've been using the so called HP  app on my Windows 10 PC, but for some reason it now doesn't display anything at all when I open it. It is literally just a square white window, with HP Smart written in the top left corner.

I've been through any related articles I can find, uninstalling, reinstalling etc, but to no avail.

The web server at the address of the printer is still working, so I can access that, and I can still print, but I would like the Smart App to work if possible for the other functionality.

Appreciation in advance.

At the same topic suggested, another small update: tried 153.1.1137.0 ( May 14, 2024), it opens regularly.
