HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

Until recently I've been using the so called HP Smart app on my Windows 10 PC, but for some reason it now doesn't display anything at all when I open it. It is literally just a square white window, with HP Smart written in the top left corner.

I've been through any related articles I can find, uninstalling, reinstalling etc, but to no avail.

The web server at the address of the printer is still working, so I can access that, and I can still print, but I would like the Smart App to work if possible for the other functionality.

Appreciation in advance.
