HP Smart Tank 7001 All In One Will Not Reconnect to Macbook Air

I have done all of the basic resets to my computer and printer. They are on the same wifi network but I cannot get it to reconnect to my computer. It shows up but when I go to add it, I get the error message in the picture below. I have done everything the chatbot recommends, have scoured forums, I paid over $400 for this printer and am so fed up and just want a human to call me and help.

I think I figured out the issue is I need a new driver since I updated my computer. However, the website says to download the app to get drivers and the app says the website should have drivers. Do you have any idea where to get a working driver for Mac Tahoe 26.4?!

I'm in the same situation. My Smart Tank 7300 stopped connecting to my Mac. I tried all the advice I could find. I keep coming back to needing a driver. I can't find one anywhere. Would appreciate some help.

After DAYS of doing research and resets, this finally worked.

HP Smart Tank 670, 720, 750, 6000, 7000, 7300 printers

1. On the printer control panel, press and hold the Information button for 5 seconds until all control panel buttons turn on.
2. Open the ink access door.
3. Press and hold the Information and Cancel buttons for 3 seconds.
4. After about 20 seconds, close the ink access door.
