Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 555

Hello,
December 1st, 2021, I have bought an HP Smart Tank Plus 555.
I have followed instructions to install it.
It fails to print correctly since the first day.
During the installation process, a page gets printed to align print heads : only the bottom of the page gets printed (a fifth of the page). I didn't know it wasn't complete so I went on, scanned that page.
Result : it only prints colours and grey.
HP support told me it was a problem with the black printhead. They sent me a new one (first packet never arrived, the second arrived with misspelled name at my office). 
But HP can't help me to install it.
They say the print heads should normally get centered when the front and printhead access doors are open. But it doesn't.

Does anyone know how to replace printheads for this printer model?
I have read :
- push on black and white button during 3 seconds (does not work),
- "if printheads do not move to the center, they don't need to be replaced",
- turn on the printer, wait for the carriage to move to the center and quickly unplug the printer... I hope there is better way.
Any help will be appreciated.
