HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an instant ink account and have been receiving ink successfully since buying my printer.  However, I have a black text printing issue (missing the bottom half of every 4th or 5th line of text) and so I am trying to get a new black ink cartridge sent but I am told I do not have a printer registered.  When I open the HP Smart webpage and click on the Instant Ink tab it clearly shows my printer (see attached) and the associated account.  Yet, when I click on the Printer tab it states "There are no printers added to your account yet." (see attached).

Why is there this conflict and how can I get a new ink cartridge sent?  I have tried all the suggested fixes for the printing issue and was advised by an HP customer handler to buy a new printer.  But I figure trying a new cartridge is worth a try before taking that step.  So I put an old empty cartridge in hoping it would trigger a new one to be sent but that hasn't happened.  When I try to get that to happen I get the message that there are no printers attached to my account.

I need help and guidance please and would love to talk to a human being from HP!
