i downloaded the HP Smart Universal Printing Driver for Window V4 (ARM 64bit) and i can print but i wasn't told how to get the rest of the software the HP 9025 all in one printer, i am able to scan and my programs state the scanner is not found . this regards the HP smart App that ceased working. no one responded to my previous secondary question, what am i supposed to do now that only a print drive only is installed and working?

Configure scan to folder which eliminates the need for any software at all. Once configured, you initiate the scan from the printer itself and it is saved automatically to the folder you configured.

no an acceptable option the and it time consuming to do that, are you saying that HP no longer supports product for HP Window 12 V4 (ARM 64bit) computers. since I'm in the middle of a court case this is an extra step and the files all must be saved with identifying names etc so the scan process must done from the computer

I am in no way stating what HP does or does not support. I do not work for HP so I am in no position to make any kind of statement about HP policies. I volunteer here and was providing you an option as you stated you were having issues with your existing method of scanning. You may need to engage HP directly as this forum is simply a user to user forum, not a direct conduit to HP Support.

If you are in warranty, go to support.hp.com and create a case. Otherwise about the only way to speak to a physical being at HP is to subscribe to the HP Smart Friend service.
