HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer

Printer has been installed and working fine for years. Yesterday documents just sit in the print queue. I uninstalled the printer from windows and then uninstalled HP Smart from all 3 of our Windows Accounts. After reinstalling HP Smart I tried to setup the printer again. HP Smart finds the printer and then all I get is that spinning circle. The circle spun all night long last night. I cannot get this thing installed.

Also, with Wifi off it finds the 4650 printer and spins forever.

With wifi on it finds the 4650 printer and another one with HP??? in brackets. It won't even attempt to install the 4650 all by itself. Selecting the bracketed HP device it also spins forever.

OK never forking mind. All I had to do was unplug the printer and re-plug it in. Good Lord this is the most aggravating thing on earth.
