I have multiple HP smart accounts. I’m trying to combine or delete two of the accounts so I only have one as I only have one printer. It’s not allowing me to do that. Is there a way of deleting two of the accounts that I don’t know about?

@DDCDDS, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are having trouble deleting HP Smart accounts, you might need specific steps within the HP Smart platform itself or might need assistance from HP support. Here are some steps you can try:

Deleting an Account:

  1. Sign in to HP Smart: Go to the HP Smart website and log in to your account.
  2. Account Settings: Navigate to the account settings or profile management section.
  3. Delete Account: Look for the option to delete the account. Follow the on-screen instructions, which may involve verifying your identity or confirming the account deletion.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

The problem is that the main account with hp products will spin  and not load and not allow me to get to the page to correct any of the email or password or profile info. Spoken with hp people and they just keep sending me down the rabbit hole or suggest it will cost me money

The main account I want to use does NOT let me in.  It continues to spin and not load. I can not access it?

Hey @DDCDDS,

Thank you for your response

It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating technical issue. If the page won’t load and keeps spinning, it could be a problem with your browser or your internet connection,

Here’s a few things to try to troubleshoot the issue:

Clear Browser Cache & Cookies

Sometimes, cached data or cookies can cause loading issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps:

In most browsers, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Cookies and Cached images and files.

Try a Different Browser or Device

If the page isn’t loading on one browser, try switching to another (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.). You can also try accessing your account from a different device (smartphone, tablet, or another computer).

Disable Browser Extensions

Certain browser extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can sometimes interfere with websites. Try disabling any extensions temporarily and see if that fixes the issue.

Use Incognito/Private Mode

Browsers in Incognito or Private mode don’t use your cache or cookies, which might help bypass the problem.

Let me know how it goes.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
