Can you please help me? I have the same problem. New Windows 11 computer, no problem printing from Windows 10 computer. Reinstalled printer, HPSmart, have run HP Print and Scan doctor many times, it comes up with a new problem each time, which I fix and then it reappears. Always get An error has occurred no Session message, each time with a different number. Posted two of the error numbers on another thread which no one has answered. Appreciate any help, if there is any to be had.

Hi,

First, he's what solved the problem for me.

1. I changed my default browser from Chrome to Edge.

2. Opened HP Smart and logged into my account (the app used Edge).

3. Changed my default browser been to Chrome.

4. HP Smart has remained logged into my account for many weeks since. But if it gets logged out, I will repeat the procedure above.

Second, I found that I could around the problem by using HP Smart on my Android phone over WiFi, using the DuckDuckGo browser.

Hope that's helpful,

Dave

Dave, you are amazing. I have spent hours trying options listed elsewhere and nothing has worked. My default browser was Edge, so I just reversed your instructions and logged on in Chrome. Thank you so much for your help.

Glad I could help. Seems odd that it worked with those browsers flipped. Weird. Anyway, glad it worked for you.  🙂

Switching default browser to Microsoft Edge worked.  Thanks.
