I have a problem with the HP Smart app.

Till now it was working well, but from today I can't start it - no matter on Windows or MacOs.

I have try to reinstall it on the Windows PC, but when I start it it stuckst to the cookies page and it's not reacting at all.

On the Mac it's showing a message, that it can connect.

 

I need my Scanner as soon as possible and now I am not able to use it!!!

I need URGENT help with this problem!

I assume the problem is in HP and I am not the only one facing it!
