I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:
Please try un-install and re-installing the HP smart app. once done, check If it work's good and let me know. 🙂

It's great to have you back 😉
The HP smart app is designed irrespective of the printer model's, to support most of the available model's, and hence a few of the functions might not work with a few printer's. 🙂

This is a joke right? Can we get someone that is actually familiar with this app to give some kind of actual response on why there is a limitation of only 5 copies being abel to be printed in the HP “Smart” app? I’m getting closer an closer to buying my last HP printer and recommending the same to others. At least lie and say you’re working on fixing the problem instead of giving these lame canned responses. And who gives a “winky face” 😉 as a professional in response to a customer having a problem? Get it together HP.
