Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4155

I am trying to set up an hp desk jet plus 4155 and the HP Smart App is telling me there are no reachable networks.  But my house has ATT wifi, why isn’t it recognizing my network?

Not sure, though I suspect it can be fixed.

 

I remember watching a video using HP Smart to set up a printer and when the network wasn't found, the demonstration continued  and clicked to "Add a printer".

 

There might be something going on with your network that the printer cannot untangle.

 

For example, the printer supports 5GHz - when the router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz, the printer might like it better if each band is assigned its own SSID (network name).  Less confusion.
