  2. Reinstall HP Smart: Uninstall the HP Smart app from your computer and then reinstall it. To uninstall the app, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > select HP Smart > click "Uninstall." After uninstalling, download the latest version of the HP Smart app from the official HP website and install it.

  3. Run as Administrator: Right-click on the HP Smart app shortcut and select "Run as administrator." This can help to ensure that the app has the necessary permissions to run properly.

  4. Compatibility Mode: Right-click on the HP Smart app shortcut, go to "Properties," and navigate to the "Compatibility" tab. Cannot download HP Smart for Windows 11 system from Microsoft Store.  Error code 0x80073CFB.  I have passed the first three levels of MS Support and they cannot find the problem.  Is this a widespread issue for HP users because of a disconnection between the MS store and the HP servers?  My next step appears to be a complete wipe of the computer and reinstall of Windows, and I do not want to do that.
