Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart cannot connect to my HP Printer correctly. All Functions seem OK. But for the Status of the Printer there is only the answer: unknown! There was a WindowsUpdate. Until before all was OK. But now it seems, nothing of HP functions satisfactory any more.
