Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
I recently purchased the HP Deskjet 2700 All-In-One Printer. I followed the instructions and installed HP Smart on my PC (Windows 11, with all the latest system updates)

Once the application was launched, I accepted the terms of use. Then a page left the choice between "Set up a new printer", "Connect" and "ignore for now". I clicked on the last option.

After this screen, there is a page displaying a spinning circle to represent the loading, then the application closes. Then when I launch the application, it is directly this last page that opens and ends up closing. No error message is displayed after the crash nor during the loading.

Tried solutions:
- Reinstall the application
- Restart the PC
- Check for system updates
- Application settings -> reset
- Application settings -> repair

Nothing has changed.

What else can I do to solve this problem?

Questions:
- Does the application save logs? If so, where can I find them?
- Instead of going through the Microsoft store, is there an installable version with an .exe to run in administrator mode or in Windows 10/7 compatibility mode?

Thanks for your help.
