Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have two network printers HP LaserJet P1102W and MFP 178nw. I was trying to add the MFP 178nw to HP Smart but while HP Smart added the LaserJet printer, and shows the MFP 178nw, but this printer does not get added to HP Smart

I understand you are facing an issue adding your printer HP smart app. Not to worry I will help you to resolve the issue.

Please follow the steps from the below image to restore wifi setup mode.

 


 

I suggest you follow the 2nd step from this document to add a printer. (Click on the Word document to open the web page).
