Hi, my printer is connected to my laptop with a USB cable.

Everything was OK until yesterday when it stopped working.

I tried everything that was advised on HP support, but it's not working.

Turn off printer, unplug from USB port..

Look at the device manager, if running windows, and see if the printer shows up when you plug the printer into a different USB port.  You should also hear a beeping noise indicating a USB  connection.
