Mac OS 13.1 Ventura (not listed) on MacbookPro

HP Smart used  to  work  but  not it usually crashes on open and if it does  open, it cannot find my printer. Searching by IP address doesn't work either.

HP  Smart works from my iPhone  and  my Windows machine, it's just my Macbook Pro that  doesn't work. I  also have the  HP utility on my  Mac and it works fine and sees the printer.

I  contacted HP support and they  got it working for one  day and  then it failed again.

Update the Mac OS. Click here

 

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app.

 

Update printer firmware: Click here
