Product: HP Deskjet 2320
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP Easy Start recommended installing HP Smart. I have installed it but it is not detecting the printer. I was able to print a Word doc since I was able to add it to the printers & scanners in the System Preferences. But HP Smart is unable to detect it.

Now it's telling me that the usb is not connected to the printer but I was able to print a Word doc. It also quit unexpectedly 2x.Screen Shot 2021-06-11 at 6.16.08 PM.png

Is there another HP utility driver for HP deskjet 2320 for Mac? Pls let me know. I've been trying to connect the printer to HP Smart but it's not detecting it.
