Are you referring to HP Smart App on your Computer? What is the exact error you get?

Let us know 🙂

I don't get any error message. When I log in on HP Smart the window shows applying account information

and it just stays on that.  Therefore I cannot use HP Smart.

Did you try a different browser? Please share a picture of the screen you're referring to.

Tahnks 🙂

Yes, tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge.  The screen just says "Applying Account Information" with a blue circle continuously turning.

Here is a screen shot:

Steps to get to this point: Open HP Smart. Select the Print or select the Scan icon. Sign in. It never signs in. I am able to sign in here, via MS Edge, using the same sign in info.
