Hi
The Scannow found a number of issue and repaired them. I restarted the machine and tried the install again.
Same error (2753) occurs part way through the Installing 1 of 4.
Clearly I do not want to lose any files but if this is a Windows issue rather than an issue with eth install zip file then it feels like resetting Windows is the way to go next.

Hello @Kald69a , if you don't want to reinstall Windows keeping your personal files but loosing your installed programs, you can try this command in Powershell (admin), wait few times and reboot your PC:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
I am Expert from French Community, and I am doing my best to help you with your question.

Hi
I decided to go down the 'Reset Windows' route while keeping personal files. It took a while but it has resolved the scanning issue now that I have reinstalled the drivers etc.
The HP Scan app is now back and I can get the features I need.
Thank you for your help.

Hi @Mans
Sorry, I have been working away for a few days so have only just got to this.
I don't see Accepted as a solution on any of the posts - is this a timeout thing? I know it was there last weekend but is not there now.
In terms of the Solution - it proved to be none of the specific steps that you had suggested though you did indeed indicate that a Windows Reset may have been needed, and indeed it did fix the issue.
Please advise what you need me to do.
Thanks
