Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I am receiving an error when I try to log into my account through the HP Smart application. It is required in order to send a mobile fax. Here is the current error:

Third party cookies are enabled on my browser. I have reinstalled the application as well as tried the HP Easy Start work around I found online. It has not changed the outcome.
