HP Smart logins for the family

Hi All, thanks in advance for looking.

I set up the printer and it works fine from my accounts on both my Windows Laptop and Android Phone. However, everybody else in the family is struggling on both their Chromebooks and Android Phones. 

I have added everyone's account into the share printer option on manage accounts. But when I try to sign into HP Smart on on the chromebooks it goes to an Authz.wpp.api.hp.com website and an error message "Invalid Grant SAZ110002: state parameter duplicate". I have managed to get the printer saved on the operating system but won't goto google docs or photo's from HP Smart.

Any ideas?

Chromebooks cannot usually use HP Smart - at this writing, the application is not intended for use on Chrome OS.
