HP smart opens and finds the printer but I cannot select any of the buttons. Then it just locks up and will not minimise or close. When I do Alt/Ctrl/Del it doesnt even appear in the task list.

I have reinstalled HP Smart at least 5 times. I have done all the updates. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer 2x.

I can actually print and the ink is not even faint. I just cannot scan and I need to scan multiple pages to one document so the other microsoft scanning options do not meet the need.

HP help functions are less than informative and I have downloaded and followed every instruction I can find. I am so frustrated and annoyed. My city is in full lock down and I am working from home. The scanning worked perfectly two days ago.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!
